<p>&#x1f4ad; Living with intention is an important concept, especially when so many of us feel stressed or burnt out.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what living with intention means to me:</p>
<ul>
<li>It means I’m aligned with my purpose.</li>
<li>It keeps me present in the moment</li>
<li>It helps me be mindful</li>
<li>It helps me appreciate others in my life.</li>
</ul>
