Our approach is unlike anything else. We deliver immersive learning experiences that combine equine enhanced learning with proven leadership frameworks, guided by expert facilitators.

Since 2015, our programs have helped hundreds of leaders and their teams unlock the self-awareness that drives real performance, stronger cultures, and lasting results. Our Leadership in Action programs equip leaders with a clear framework and shared language for guiding their teams through uncertainty that is simple, repeatable, and practical.

Our approach is directly modelled on how horses lead their herds in their natural environment, operating under a highly effective system of shared leadership, adopting roles that create collective responsibility and accountability for the safety and success of the entire group. Each equine experience is designed to develop individual and team capabilities, fostering shared leadership through greater awareness, clarity of direction, focused energy, and authentic alignment.

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, we partner with organisations and leadership consultants to deliver tailored leadership development programs for executive and emerging leaders in Sydney, as well as select training venues worldwide. No prior experience is required and there is no riding in our programs. Participants partner with our horses from the ground.

Our flagship leadership framework, developed by TeachingHorse, LLC, the Diamond Model of Shared Leadership is a powerful yet simple approach to guiding decision-making in today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world. Each equine learning experience is designed to strengthen individual and team capability in shared leadership through enhanced skills in attention, direction-setting, energy management, and congruence.

The Academy of Equine Assisted Learning

Canadian-based Equine Connection’s Building Block ™ curriculum includes a range of objective-driven programs that create tangible, real-world results with immediate impact. These researched based programs have a proven record of success with clients around the world.

As the market leader in Australia, Leading Edge is owned by the only Senior Facilitator and Certified Instructor here in the Southern Hemisphere. Alongside working with clients, we provide certification and CPD programs for fellow practitioners.

MiRo Psychometric Assessment Workshops

MiRo is a well recognised psychometric assessment tool specifically designed for use in the workplace to help individuals and teams perform at their best. MiRo provides valuable insights into behaviours, motivations, relationships, communication and leadership styles.

MiRo workshops can be incorporated into our in-person Leadership Programs, or run as a stand-alone program, in-person or virtually.
