We are incredibly passionate about supporting women and families through meaningful, transformative experiences that foster growth, confidence, connection, and compassion.
We offer a range of thoughtfully designed programs that support women at every stage of life, from personal development and leadership growth to wellbeing, reconnection, and life transition support. Our programs create safe, supportive spaces where women can slow down, reflect, build self-awareness, and strengthen their sense of purpose and authenticity.
Through our network of trained Facilitators, we also offer Family Herd Programs that are specifically designed to support families in reconnecting and strengthening their relationships in today’s fast-paced world. These engaging and interactive sessions encourage families to ‘unplug’ from everyday distractions and reconnect through shared experiences with horses in a calm and supportive setting. Suitable for a wide range of family dynamics and ages, these programs help build trust, communication, empathy, and understanding in a way that is impactful, memorable, and fun for everyone involved.
Whether supporting individual women, friendship groups, mothers and daughters, or entire family units, our programs are designed to create lasting positive change and meaningful connection.

Authentic You Women’s Retreats
Our Women’s Retreats bring together small groups of like-minded women in a unique and nurturing environment. These retreats are designed to inspire personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and deeper connection, both with themselves and with others.
Through guided equine and non equine experiences, participants are supported in developing greater confidence, resilience, communication skills, and emotional awareness. Women leave our programs feeling empowered, grounded, and better equipped to move forward in life with clarity, authenticity, and renewed energy.
Renew You Women’s Empowerment Series
The Renew You Women’s Empowerment Series is a self-paced, online program guiding women on a gentle yet powerful journey of self-awareness and resilience. You will be empowered to move forward in all areas of your life with confidence, compassion, and courage.

Renew You 30 Day Challenge

Family Herd Programs
Our unique Family Herd Programs are designed to support families to reconnect, strengthen bonds, and create meaningful shared experiences away from the distractions of everyday life. Through a series of six guided equine sessions, families develop stronger communication, deeper understanding, and greater trust in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Suitable for a wide range of ages and family dynamics, these fun and impactful programs foster empathy, confidence, cooperation, and lasting connection through the powerful experience of working alongside horses.
