A highly immersive, well structured leadership facilitation, unpacking the deeper layers of our motivations, values and intentions as leaders. The horse experiences enabled the group to come together as a leadership team, strengthening our synergies and communication.

Some days are unique and today was truly exceptional. As the saying goes…”you can lead a horse to water,” but as it turns out it’s not that simple. You need trust, boundaries and a sense of safety and connection.
Horses demand humility, vulnerability, authenticity and profoundly draw out many of the characteristics that embody good leadership.

We worked with LEPD to design a leadership development offsite to accelerate the effectiveness of our leadership team.
The equine program powerfully and uniquely demonstrated what it means to be a leader, how to work as a team and how important it is to inspire others. It was a perfect foundational activity to commence conversations about a leaders impact on others, the power in communication and the strength in teamwork.
Also, thanks to this unique experience, our Bootcamp program has been nominated as a finalist in the Australian HR Awards! I highly recommend this unique leadership program.
