Michele Hemingway

Michele is a licensed M&A Advisor in Australia and New Zealand and co-founder of the M&A Advisory firm, Mandanex Capital. Headquartered in Sydney with operations across Australasia, Michele manages the public facing aspects of the company. 

Michele has a strong background in marketing, supplemented by web development skills. She has a focus on exceeding client expectations and is passionate about helping our clients develop cohesive, aligned and high functioning teams. Michele says ‘It is difficult to explain in words the powerful lessons that our equine teachers bring to business and educational environments, but the revelations will astound you.”

Michele has been involved with RDA (Riding for the Disabled / Riding Develops Ability) for many years. She has trained in natural horsemanship and groundwork and has raised an orphan foal. These experiences have given insights into how horses communicate. In 2019, Michele qualified as an Equine Assisted Learning facilitator, and now works with Leading Edge on a range of different programs.
