Natty is the Manager of Willow Wood Stables, the home of Leading Edge Professional Development. She has responsibility for the overall care and welfare of our herd of horses, staff leadership and coordination, and client engagement. She takes a lead role in ensuring that every experience at Willow Wood Stables reflects the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and care.

Natty is a qualified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator and a valued member of the facilitation team. She brings a calm, grounded presence to programs and works seamlessly to support meaningful learning experiences for individuals and teams.

A highly intuitive horsewoman, Natty has a strong background in equine welfare, training, riding, and coaching. Her deep understanding of equine behaviour adds exceptional value to client sessions. Natty has a keen ability to notice even the most subtle communications from the horses and to translate these moments into powerful learning opportunities, bringing them to the surface for conscious exploration and reflection.
