Young Leaders Program

Our Young Leaders Program has been designed to support High School students selected for Leadership roles to develop the skills needed to thrive at school and beyond. Programs focus on developing clear communication, appropriate assertiveness, resilience, kindness and empathy. Students work in small teams alongside our magnificent horse ‘teachers’ and our experienced coaches help them take the lessons they have learned with the horses and parallel these back to their leadership roles.

The power of Equine Assisted Leadership & Team Development programs has long been recognised by leading sports psychologists and mindset experts as an effective tool for developing high performance teams. Our programs have been specifically designed to elevate the performance and leadership abilities of Athletes, Officials and Administrators within the sporting industry.

Mediation Services

We provide workplace and family law mediation services, supporting employees, families and couples through our unique Equine Experiential Learning programs. Working alongside our herd of horses and trained facilitators, participants are supported in building the skills they need to navigate complex situations and move forward in meaningful ways at work and at home.
