Alice Osborn

Alice expertise lies in Strategic Human Resource Management, with over 15 years experience in Corporate Human Resources, with a focus on Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Change Management and Employee Engagement. Through her career she has worked for leading Investment Banks including the Macquarie Group, UBS and Barclays, as well as in the Insurance and Government sectors. She started her career in Australia, before spending over 10 years based in the US, UK and Middle East. Prior to joining Leading Edge, Alice was Vice President, Human Resources with Barclay Bank in New York.

Alice completed the Equine Connection Int. Facilitator Certification in 2017, enabling her to combine her business experience with her lifelong passion for horses. Shortly after, Alice joined the Leading Edge team as Senior Facilitator. She undertook further training in 2018 to become an Assistant Instructor with the Equine Connection APAC campus, and now supports the training and development of new Equine Assisted Learning professionals, alongside her work with Leading Edge corporate clients. 

Working across all our programs, Alice is passionate about ensuring our clients achieve genuine and sustainable growth opportunities through our experiential learning-based curriculum. She brings a wealth of experience in leadership coaching and development, and equine enhanced learning methodologies.
